Anyone know this beetle in sydney.

I've got a mate looking at this car in sydney, who's after some back round info.

1963, 2pk black, porsche mangle rims, 2.1cc - twin delortos and dropped on it's guts.

He's asking 8k. Any back round info would be appreciated.
