my motor has a 3 angle valve job , whats the difference to any other valve job?

a three angle valve has 3 different angles on its sealing surface as opposed to the single angle surface of a normal valve. this is supposed to increase performance and heat distribution etc... just google it and see what happens, i cant remember all the pros and cons...
