Is there anyway to capture a freeze frame from an mpeg video ? I have a short vid that I want to take a freeze frame from so I can use it as my avatar, but I cant work out how to do it.
I tried playing the vid, pausing it, then screen print, then pasting into an image editor, but it wouldnt paste anything that media player was playing.
Help !

You can do it with most players, try downloading either zoom player or BS Player, they can both do screenies.
