Simex Jungle Trekker 2's - They look great but I would hate to think what the weight of them would be. At 34 inches I fear they would be a squeeze under an Buggy or Baja on this forum - Nice to dream about though.

you couldn't fit them on a buggy or baja with late model longer torsion bars, the max you can fit is 31". 馃檨

Yeh they would be sweet. You can always run longer trailing arms etc :thumb I am going to be running 33x13.5x16 and 32x9.5x16 on mine. i have simex extreme trekkers front and mudzillas for the rear.

better make sure the longer trailing arms are legal first, coz it's effectively lengthening the wheelbase

Everything we are installing on the buggy is getting approved by an engineer and will be blue plated.
Oh and on lenthening a wheel base or chassis did you know this is an acceptable practice according to the rules it is just cutting it and shortening it that isn`t. How stupid is that!!!!!!!!!

i'm sure i read somewhere that you can put the swingaxe torsion bars and endcaps on a irs/twin link back end tube and thus not be limited by the protrusion on the irs torsion bar tubes. i am happy to be corrected if this is bullshit...
11CAB 路
The twin springplate irs has the protrusion as part of it, so you would have to cut it off and weld on a swingaxle spline

ah ha the old migomeister to the rescue eh....
helterskelter400 路
this is what me mate did to go beyond the irs protrusion. thse go over the 31x1.5r15 when its flat, pump tyres up and away the swamp monster goes....
helterskelter400 路
its a bit expensive on clutches....
