has any body put WMS empi'5's to a beetle??
just want to know about how much to trim the wheel nut if at all??????
when i measured them up they seem very long !!!
i have been told that it is the same with the WMS BRM's 5.5's as well
any help would be great

can't help you with how much to trim off.... only know that some has to come off..... can the depth required be measured???

i bolted my brm's to a brake drum and marked the bolts where they protruded with a black texta.
it's amazing how fast you can do 20 bolts in your eagerness to get them rims on!

Can`t you stick a bolt in the `ole and see how much sticks out the other side and then trim that off, plus about 2 or 3mm just to make sure it`s tight??
