I would hazard a guess at 1967 as Its a:-
Type Body Year Chassis 2 6 7 106229
6 being a single cab!
Does it have the high roof section? Definately later than 58 if it has. I think they came in 64 in Oz.

Chassis number looks like a '67 to me.
