Question :)

i'm currently working on a '67 beetle... or am i... that is what i was led to beleive however the chassi number is 197528029 does anyone know a site that lists all chassi numbers?...

the number is somewhat hard to read.. so maybe i have a number wrong.. im not sure

From memory the 3rd no. in is the year, so that would make it a '67. ie: 196 would be a '66, 197 a '67 etc.

Shouldn't the first two numbers be 11 for a Standard Beetle?
