Lichin BLEW a ROD, "Bugger"

Hi All, I Have Been a little quiet here the last week as we have been mooving house, well all was going well, loaded up Lichin the splitty, go the trailer on the passat and left the rest to the removalists, 120 klms down the road the splitty went bang and 'shazanne" the motor was a smokin, was cruzing at 100 klm's ans without warning slipped a conrod outa the side, bloodt casting everywhere in the engine bay, not to be phased call the fantastic RACT, within 20 mins they were there, no worries leave it with me the nice chap said, so off we went to our new home in the passat..

and to top it all, set up mt PC only to find the HDD Fecked, hence a week or so before i am back on line.

WOW, u have good roadside service. If i did that in victoria and called RACV it would be a 3 hour and 20 minute wait......

The moral tp the story, dont break down in Victoria.
So........ the splitty getting a special motor now its fix up time?
