impossible log-in

My girlfriend is having dramas with this site - she has registered as a member, but the 'system' didn't ask her to nominate a password. So no password and no way to log in... can a mod please PM me with a solution? I'd like to get it sorted out for her. Her name is 'topless' (she has a '74 KG Cab)
