BIG DAY OUT!!! the greatest rock show of all time . 26th january, sydney stadium. 50 metal, rock, alternative, hip hop, rap metal etc etc bands playing over 6 stage all day.
it started with frenzal rhomb at 10 am, then it was a wait before wolfmother, watching the spazzies, the donnas and the cops in between.
it was after wolfmother that i met up with my ex english teacher. i sat down with him and smoked a joint... that mans rad!
we waited for rise against, listening to little birdy in between, rise against pit was one of the best. those punk rockers kicked arse! hooked up with some chick with phat dreaddies at this time hehehe. my fat self crowd surfed 3 times in that pit alone. we also taught all in the pit to skank!
i got in line to check out slipknot... they wouldnt let us in so i yelled out 'the harder we push the quicker we get in'
it worked.
they opened the gates and let us all in. we were rockin out to grinspoon who was playing on the stage next to slipknot. when they came on the hugest circle ive ever seen opened up, only to be filled with psychos swinging arms. i surfed twice again, the third time my fat self got dropped straight on my back... its still sore now. this goth chick came up to me and we sang pulse together, then we hooked up... life is good.
system of a down played straight after the knot, this is where i met my old mate pierre, who is also a singer in a band. check his site its in my links. we were killin in the pit when i found more mates of mine from coogee beach. last time i saw one of them was naked in the ocean. what a great night that was! i hooked up with her again, life is even better.
after soad we crashed for a while, waiting for hatebreed. we drank and smoked until 9pm, where hatebreed put on the raddest show of the whole day. as huge as slipknot on the main stage was, hatebreed just stomped them with stage presence and performance... couldnt be stuffed finding a woman as i was too busy moshin and surfin and drinkin all at once hehehe.
i lost pierre then and found a few camden locals... i got handcuffed to a hot girl... by accident i swear! they got boring so as soon as i met amanda and ducky from canberra, i left and life was great.
we went into see regurgitator, but unfortunately ducky got carried away with some guy, who gave her spiked water. she passed out and i almost beat the crap out of the guy but he got away before i could hurt him. we took her to the police, who phoned an ambulane in. shes fine. i went back into regurgitator and met **** her name shall not be mentioned. after dancin round for a while she suggested i take her home, and i did.
i love australia day! anyone else here go in sydney??

i am the coolest kid in school.
my favourite bands would have to be hatebreed and regurgitator. they both put on such brilliant performances, the had thousands jumping up and down. i would love to make that many people happy.
slipknot were up there too, but thats when i hurt myself, plus their sound gyuy was obviously on too many drugs and screwed up the microphones
