My 68 Bug (beware - fibreglass)

E · 26 Jan 2005, 4:16 pm

Just thought I might share my Beetle with the rest of the world. In the pipeworks are a new front stub axle, some mags and new tyres, perhaps a lowering and if I have the dough a revamped interior.

It mite be white, but is different shades. Maybe different in real life (as in the difference isn't noticable)

But honestly it is a real nice ride. I like the seats too.

And hey it's a bug, so enuf said, it's fantastic.

I love bugs...can u tell??

The paint is all the same colour - Lexus Pearl - and I guess all of the shiny goodness reflects a plethora of colours (who needs chamaeleon?).

The seats are from a Subaru model, but I can't remember the specific model. Makes for a nice ride though...

bugeyedbabe, isn't vagas spelled with an e? as in Vegas?😉

E · 27 Jan 2005, 8:34 am

Yeah VWCool, I live around the Hornsby area, and often venture Coast side and down to Sydney via chatswood. Where abouts are you (I may have seen your bug)

pete wood · 27 Jan 2005, 10:24 am

dump it on bling bling wheels and it would be the bomb 😉

bugeyedbabe · 27 Jan 2005, 12:25 pm

Hey E, it is Bris Vegas..unless u have kids....and then it becomes Vagas.....as in I am as Vague As..

Just a silly play on words for those who know me....which is no-one here in this forum.
