testing the coil...

Is there a way to test my coil.. Have poped the disy lid and moved the points and the spark seems a little week, should I just buy another coil or it there some trouble shooting I can do?..

what colour spark is it???

White / blue = healthy

orange / yellow = low power

tis blue, but.... when I earth myself it does not seem to have the kick it should :thumb .. normally a spark gives me a bit of a kick..

Could also be the condensor.

That’s on the disy yes?.. just looking to replace the cheapest parts first..... will look into that..
