Help needed to settle bet

Hi all,

Since we started sponsoring this forum, my business partner and I are having a arguement over the years of the following Beetles

1. When did the Split oval window start & finish

2. When did the small oval window start & finish

3. When did the larger rear window start & finish

This arguement has now become a bet for beer so with the stakes so high I fugured I would turn the Guru's for answers.

Please help !!!

split till 53 oval till 57 late 57 and onwards had large window

oh and in 66 the bugs got larger windows and again when supers came in in 71. and then they got a little bit bigger in 73 i think.

Hi

The bigger back window in the 58 went until 1967 on Aussie bugs, the rest of the world got a bigger back window in 65 or 66, this window as used until the 72 came out with a slightly larger widow again.
