change the image size or the ppi (pixels per square inch) or crop it.

id say email it to me but my hotmail is shagged and not supporting images. yeah you usually shrink it a bit and save the image as lower quality (less pixels) then it was... there are heaps of programs out there, i use

Been putting images through photoshop and can only get them down to 82k. I must have some wrong setting somewhere.

when u save them as JPGs in PS u can change the quality. if u bring them down in quality a bit it will reduce the file size. if u find it loses quality too much then u need to reduce the size of the pic a bit before u change the quality untill its under 50kbs

or.. host the image somewhere, like www.tinypic.com or www.photobucket.com, easier that way + saves the side bandwidth..

Worked out that is saved for web in photoshop with a 600 pixel width then no worries. Thanks for the replies now I can attache picies like this manx I saw on the weekend which my mate has snaffled
