I think its a skinny one, no middle

pop top obvious, side windows a bit strange & vents up top
& if that caravan is as big as it looks (fibroglass) thats some
weight too pull

The vents up top mean it was a panel van originally.

Well bugeyedbabe guessed first, but not sure she reasised she was right!!
Yes twoguns, got it on the head.
Apparently a US aftermarket boat sized to splitty roof from the 60's!!!
How cool.
