had to put some wheels back on my kombi to get it over to the painters soon. Thought i would see just how low i can go with standard suspension.

i have nearly finished building a set of dropped link pins. just got them back today from the engineering shop today. (will post some pictures). still have to do something about the wheel camber, as reversing the link pins changes the angles of the eye bolts. as for the front end. i have no torsion bars in the beam at the moment. a block of timber is holding up the front in place of the shocks so i can trailer it to the painters. i just wanted to see how low you can take a kombi. the front wheel arches need to be tubbed to drive it this low. i think air bags would be the way to go. might have to sell the children to fund them though...lol...
