hey Jen,
Looks like it was well worth the trip, but u know what, I have a very skeaky suspicion that the awards were just the icing on a cake.
I bet the part you loved most was taking the trip up the coast, and really letting bel show u how much she loved u for the money u poured into her resto.
You look gerat to jen....is one of the awards for the owner with the biggest smile and nicest disposition?

How is the Tarcutta pub Jen?

The Tarcutta pub was excellent...can highly recommend a stop half way between Mel and Syd....they turned on a stockmans ride...whip cracking , kareoke n bush yarns for zac and I the night we arrived...peopl;e sleeping in swags on the pub floor when we got up in the morn...
We dropped in on the way home to say hi and brag about the trophies ....they were impressed ...AND remembered us 😎
...also stocked up on jerky....YUM

Hey and we had David's backpackers in Albury rooting for us as well...we stayed the night on the way home and partied late...they were so excited to see us back and with trophies...so cool!!!
We dropped in for a chat on the way up and zac recognised the place from Davids thread on the kombi the Brit girls painted...WELL they're back there and thought the thread was so much fun....AND here was a German guy and his friends staying...he was driving a kombi around Oz....
It was all so great..the whole trip
Bel's resting her weary treads...she did so well and cheered up the Hume Hwy for the 4 days she was on it :sandrine

She got a lot of bugs...and that bee poo on the white head lining is a real buggar to clean off!!
