thanks but penrith is a tad far for me
had a quote today for some work. to keep cost down i asked this guy about installing a headliner kit and repairing and upholstering seats (in cloth) and he quoted around $2000.
is this ballpark? making me think about buying kits for carpets, headliners and seats and doing it (read struggling with it) all myself
anyone got ideas? trying to keep costs down

Try the guy Freddie Fender said, not too dear, and good work.
$2000 is heaps, does that include all carpet?
