From what I hear there may be some real nice cars there, that hardly ever come out on any events/cruises. Could be a good cruise to make it to.

I'll be there but not in a VW as I'm down to just the project car which is in a million bits.

Better get those camera batteries on charge...

i'll be there i'll probably even put some reg on the brown car
just changing the c&p ratio at the the moment but the g/box
should be back in by then
my dad took his '65 single cab on its first drive up to manum for the kombi cruz they got a really good turn out - dads kombi went well already wound the speedo off the dial and blown away some unsuspecting commodores

I'll be tyher. but dont bother taking a pic of mine, I havent washed it since the last show, and its filthy.

hey vwtyp2 let me know if you're running out of time & need a hand, I'm just around the corner. I reckon your 54 is a bit more likely to make it than mine, I think mine will be ready 6-8 years too late for this cruise

not much left to do now.
broke a carby throttle arm when adjusting it, so it's off to O.G. to get a new one, track some 12v globes to fit in the globe holders, pay the rego, and we're good to go. :bounce

got the new carby linkages this morning.
thanks O.G. speedshop. They open at 8a.m. on saturdays.
now a final tune, and ready to run next sunday.
Better give it a road test, maybe wednesday night to the club meeting?

just put a stp sticker on each side mate! looks nuts with the whitewalls!

oh and ive still got the white brms i sold them to my brother and theyre on his 57! looks truly nuts:P
