i need all 4 ( 2 front... 2 back ) .

Never seen them here, and don't think they are common in the US either. Don't know about Europe? Maybe even try e-bay.

there was a pair for sale at Dubz and I was about to grab them thinking that they'd do for my Sbug but the bumper size was about an inch bigger on them...I'v since been told that I should of got them anyway, $20 bugger🙁

You may have some bumpers simlar to a split being a early bay, i dunno if those will fit, mebe worth a try

Splitty Rear overriders and towel rails will fit an early Bay, Front overriders will fit but the towel rail is different.
Original overriders for a bay are smaller than the splitty ones.
Bay overriders are only available on swap meets as far as I know.
