I just received a camera ticket (not stopping for a red light) on the 6th of march, in penrith.
does anyone remember what time the flat four vee dub club arrived at the KBB Dyno Day? i think that if the time was wrong then they may have the wrong car (it might be you!)
anynone can get me a time itd be great.
cheers.

thanks... its says it happend pretty late in the morning and i think i was at the dyno day at the time. if i was then id have witnesses that i wasnt there and i get to keep 230 bucks and 3 points

hmmm, and the wrong car had your number plate?

A photo is prima facie evidence. The camera is on Mulgoa Road 2 lights before you go under the bridge.
The clock would have been on stard time even though it was still day-light savings then.
If you are convinced it isn't you you can request a print. They'll charge you extra for that.
For the fines to be valid the time doesn't have to be right, just the date.

Ouch, no way of getting outta that one.
ColumBUS ·
i wonder if anyone else in the club got fined...
oh well. guess i better shell it out. at least i dont lose my license. gotta love that zero point

Just looked at the time stamp on some photos. There were FF people there at around 10.30. Maybe earlier that's just the first time a yellow shirt appears in photos.
edit- didn't adjust cause the camera was on est not summer time

hey the thinsg aren't always rite..
my turbo import got clocked at 73 going up a hill, from a a dead stop at the bootom...now i know my car has shitloads trying to do 60 on the flats, let alone up a hill....add to that the car was fully loaded....was so not my car..
requested photo...showed my car plus v6 holden beside me...
they said i didn't do it....but i kept ticket....
hell i wanna be able to say...yep...my car CAN do 73km up a hill, fully loaded...I got PROOF!
when i went in to pay, lady laughed her arse off and said no way did my car do that. I explained why I wanted the ticket....She had tears in her eyes she laughed so hard...
Hey, I rarely get booked, so I could afford it..and money was worth the proof...
still no-one believes me that my van did it.
I've been booked twice since i started driving (decades ago), so not so bad really...

Bend over and say "CHEESE!"

With all the interstate rivalry I can muster. I gotta say Vic is the king of the cameras.
vwombat ·
Wouldn't you say "Queen" of the cameras?
I know she was a bit of a bush pig, but Victoria was still a lady I believe.
Sorry, just being pedantic!

Hey Kroozin, how could you not remember driving through a red light?????
Octa ·
maybe because he does it all the time 🙂 joking...

Can you clearly see your number place in the pic? If so you have a hard time getting out of it. (short of identifying who borrowed your car)
