POR is a one pack polyurethane paint.
Thinners won't work once it has cured. I have soaked brushes with cured POR in paint stripper, no effect.

I have used POR15 and NOTHING will get it off, you have to wait till your skin basically sheds the stuff off.
Should take about 2 weeks.

Use the Dr Hibbert method: make yourself sweat it off, but it has to be FEAR sweat!
