i have been out tonight cruising with a mate went to the bay and so on was coming home about 8:45.
i was sitting at the lights in my 61 wating to turn right then this shitta rusty gemini pulls up next to me then next to him a vn and vp commie.
the guy in the gemmy yells out to the commodores wanna drag the guys in the commies laughed until the lights went green then the gemini hit it popped the front wheels up about 45 cm of the floor!
blew these commies away i couldnt belive it when it came back down you should of seen the sparks! he went down the road with the shift light constantly going off.
i couldnt belive it i thought i wish my beetle could that!!!

Yea seeing that does make you smile. I once saw a bug leave the lights sideways and lift in second gear on George St , Sydney. Loved it! Love to know who it was.

Theres a BIG truck hehind us and shazzas accelerator is playing up..... as the light hits green i hear the truck spooling up to take off.... i panic and slam the accelerator flat to the floor, the kicks out to the left, SLAM back to the right, i gather it and scream across the intersection......
"Fuck man...... THAT WAS SWEET IMAGINE WHAT THE TRUCKIE THOUGHT" was the only comment i got from Costa and we both continue to laugh histerically for about 3kms

I had a run with a 3 series beemer last tuesday night, and taught the driver a bit of respect.
I've seen this car take off pretty hard too. VW power.
gives the hair dryer boys a reality check.
nothing beats the look on peoples faces when they get creamed by a vw.

same as your average mitsubishi lancer.
too much money is making them look fast, and none on going fast.
makes me laugh when I see a fully kitted out lancer with more plastic bodywork than Danii Minogue, and it still gas the GL badge on the back.
