Just thought I'd say hi, 'cuz i ain't been on here in ages. Poor old Bertie is sick. I had to call RACQ this morning to get a jump start :-( but i've decided to take the plunge. I'm gonna contact Volksworks next week, and hopefully discuss engine changeover options :-) so that'll be something to look forward to.

Jay is it 6volt or 12v, go for a 12v conversion if it isnt , i`m thinking the same for my beetle as shes only 6v and a gentle push start when having to take her out is not fun 🙁
