Yes a Split Screen Van Club UK event, but on a larger scale.

As a few of thier members have offered help and guidance we thought it would be pretty cool if we had similar events here in Aus, hopefully in a few years they may be of the same scale.

Do you want to do an event to the Sunshine Coast?
as in run to the sun?
If so I have no idea where to have it as in venue,I may have to do some thinking.

You might have difficulty with a london to Brigton run though.

I bet there is a sandown / park / esher some where in oz.

Anywhere close to Brighton le Sands?

We are looking at locations now, one choice is Bribie Island, but if you have any ideas let us know.
Mooloolaba has also been put forward.
We would like some feedback on this if possible.

It would be nice to see club cruises to and from the location but also a cruise into town on the Sunday as well as a park and display, no trophies just a chance for VW owners to show off thier vehicles

How about Mudjimba Beach. Where is it. Well near the airport on the sunny coast,about 5 km north of Maroochydore and 30km south of Noosa. We have a good council c'van park 200mtrs from the beach, a large picnic area with play ground for the kids. Walk to the small RSL for drinks, meals. Or if you want up market you can go to the Novatel and they will pick you up in a bus a drop back home for free!
Could possibly organise the local Lions Club to cater for a night or BBQ lunch.
