Hey, dont bother with a whole new cap. You can get a new gasket for it. If its a semaphore '60 it should have the "hump" gas tank with the 80mm cap. If you cant find a gasket, just get a sheet of 3mm cork and cut it out yourself. Or you can use solvent resistant rubber.
I had the exact same problem and it shitted me to no end until i just replaced the damn gasket

ok the gasket is now BROKEN and I am about to be poisoned!
Does anybody carry these fuel cap gaskets? I need one for a 2 prong fuel cap (a 1960 bug)

just go to clark rubber or soemthing and get some fuel resistant rubber. it's a piece of piss.
