WTD: Buggy lights. ASAP

https://forums.aussieveedubbers.com/threads/39035/wtd-buggy-lights-asap

Anthiron ·

i have looked at the ones on the custom offroad website but i dont need anything flash i just need some cheap, functioning buggy lights to replace my now, rather damaged ones on my baja bug. (i wont be going into details right now)

i need the kinda that buggys have with the attachment bit at the bottom.

i dont care if the backs have some rust or whatever as long as they are 12V and work and have everything there.

i cant drive at night right now as i have no headlights so i need these as soon as possible.

Hey Nick,
You may be better off buying spotlights and replacing the bulbs as the buggy ones I have cost me about $250 the pair where spots the same size but with the flexible tube that comes out the back you can get for about $100 from Supercheap.

Get the $96 ones from SuperFormance. They are good value for money.

Anthiron ·

thanks guys.

where and what is this superformance?

96 bucks sounds alright.

then you have to buy the bulb kit that is why ours are that price

ive hooked up some small 30dollar spotties as my low beam today. hopefully they will be bright enough. i was thinking id just leave them on and get some larger spotties and hook them up as highbeam and just have 2 sets of lights. is this legal?

terry whats this bulb kit you speak of? im not saying the custom offroad ones are a rip off (they do look very flash) but i just dont want to be spending 285 bucks on some lights right now and i dont need anything flash.
