Its a shame its a left hand drive.
Also at 10500 euros, thats about $22,000 a hell of a lot for an unrestored one, It would cost another $20-$60,000 to restore it, depending on how much work you could do yourself.

its hard to say, it looks fairly complete

Problem with European buses is RUST, big styleeee.
Cant really tell from the photos, have to think of the worst case .Look at the state of the belly pans, whats with the sills then?

Mind you there were more 23's made than 21's.

Works out about $75,000 then there is import and duty.
Might get it here for about $85,000.
Plus the cost of changing the interior, and how would you get on at Macdonalds drive thru, ????
