nice score,good to see the original tail lights havent been replaced with those groovy trailer ones,is the glass still good in the break lights,what kind of resto are you doing,keepn it original/slammed/rat/jacked up with flairs or you going to paint flowers on her keep the pics rollin

u can but it is a bay interior
got some extractors coming to fix the pee shooters
gettting the brakes fixed and putting a new box in as it is a shitter
got a type 3 wide 5 gearbox going in
and slamin it

Just a suggestion, before you start the repaint process try running a buff over your long panel. That looks like it would buff out very nicely. Its only OG paint once. Maybe youll like what you see.

Id leave as is, anyone can have a freshly painted bus, not og paint though, they are hard to come buy...just slam...looks sweet

yer i dont think this is og paint as the roof looks like it was painted with a brush!!
but i will be driving it around with primer patches for awhile

have now got it regoed and it is on the road

have put all new brakes (replaced every thing)
got extractors and got the lights all working
painted up the front bumper and am now waiting for my parts to come from Roy
have ordered new polished popouts
new mirrors and some rust repair panels
got the rust repair nose from pmg as well as centre chassis and out riggers
all going well i will get that stuff from roy tomorrow

well have started cutting the beast up
started striping the split and have now cut the doglegs out as wel as the inner nose ready for the new bits to go in

i wanted to start restoring the bus as the rust was bad

Looks like the funs just beginning, I had the same problem with a datsun I had, it was so rusty I ended up replacing every panel but it turned out good in the end. Good Luck and see you soon.

Hi Paul,
Had a change of plan mate, travelling in the summer in Queensland with a newborn baby and 2 kids under 4 ain`t fun!! Got to Fraser Island and turned back!! We are in Pambula Beach just south of Merrimbula (Sth NSW). Going to Tassie for a month, sail on 14th March but we are coming back to Adelaide for a couple of weeks as of this Tuesday. Havin a few party`s (kids birthdays and the Father In Law) so I`ll send you an invite mate and we`ll catch up.
