I'm new to the forum... and am early getting on here, since I will actually own a VW on Tuesday coming up! Hahaha

It's a very pretty blue 1970 Beetle, semi auto.

I can't wait!

Congrats on your new bug and welcome to the forum ! My first bug was a blue 68 semi auto ! I could never explain the concept of it to my friends, they thought that it was too weird !!!!

Being a Melb car no doubt I will see it at up coming shows, am looking forward to it !

PrettyBlueBug 路

Thanx mscabrio!! 馃檪

I'm loving the whole semi auto-thing, and my friends too think it a weird concept.

Hopefully it will get to some shows in the future!

oval TOFU 路

Welcome! I've seen that bug myself - you're a lucky one! That's one clean bug!

PrettyBlueBug 路

Thanks ovalTOFU!! It is super clean, inside and out.... I love it!! :P

And some of my friends have been converted to VW fiends now after seeing it! Hahaha ..... but I'm yet to show my Dad. He failed his first driving test many years ago in a VW Beetle, and hasn't liked them ever since..... still, I think this one might just win him over, so wish me luck!

Yeah, Stuy is awesome. He goes above and beyond, and that's rare in people. It's been so good to see him standing and staring at my Beetle with such a proud look on his face! That just adds even more to the fact that I'm so going to look after this car!! It's my baby now..... 馃榾

PrettyBlueBug 路

Ooooh!! I bought the first 'addition' to my Beetle on the weekend.... so tomorrow I shall put up some pics of it!! It'll be good........ 馃槈
