Rubber Size for lowering a type 3

Hey Guys.
Just wondering i have a 71 wagon thats currently wearing 195/15 Rivieras. Can this be lowered and not rub??
Also if I was running steel wheels and 165s all round would they rub, or would I have to have 145s on the front??
I dont want to extremely low, just say level 2 on type 3 selecta. Thanks guys.

I am running 195-50/15 using replica 2.0 Fuchs, lowered about level 2 in selecta and no rubbing. I would go slighty bigger radius on the rear. I was also running stock weehl/tyre combo and front rubbed at about 75% turn.
