These were mostly produced in we would have called in a pre PC world "3rd world countires."
A lot of Sth American and Asian builds used a combination of presses to pruces their buses.

We saw heaps of those in South America, Chile, Peru, Bolivia. They are like a split bus with a bay front panel and doors. They have 1600 type one upright motor and the panel behind the front seats has the spare wheel indent. They dont have a sliding door on the side, they have the hinged doors.
The later ones are mostly panel vans with square shaped roofs and a fair number of them have different front panels with a big grille for the airconditioning.
