Not VW... but is anyone here into truck parts

Sorry this is not VW related.... well it is kinda

I'm looking for a s/hand motor for my truck I use to tow my cars.....

It's a Mazda T4100 with a 4.1 6 cly diesel (zb I think)

and yes I could but a v8 or something in but I would like to keep it as is.......

anyone else........... the more the better, as i'm told they are hard to get cause they snap cam gears off (like mine)

yeah ZB it is moose... i do mazda parts for a living at a dealership... i aint ever heard about em snappin cam gears though, then again i was 5 years old when they stopped bringing them out in the T series range hahaha.... their is a few truck guys over here in queensland, though i dont think thats much help for ya... i know that some people do import jap used ones of these....

let me know if i can be of any assistance on parts..

it looks like the diesel is going to cost more them it will cost to do a engine mod to a 350 chev

Soltogio Brothers will have a motor for it...
Diesel is much more economical than a petrol V8....
