I'm happy to buy new, but if anyone has a grey or black carpet kit for a late beetle in Sydney they want to sell for a fair price, gimme a yell. I need one for my L-Bug...

Come on Alex, who are you trying to kid?!

You know you've got to keep the muppet thing going and put some super-seventies plush-pile in that thing.

Pimp it baby - yeah!

I've bought plenty of kits over the years, for several Beetles, HQ and WB Holden, EA Falcon etc etc.. around $150 I think...

vw54 ·

VWCOOL ·

I thought I might get something second-hand... it's only a 'beater' car...

But I'll need a new kit for my Oval soon so I'll call Boris for a price. In fact, I wanna pull the whoel interior out of Oval and do it from scratch... door trims, the lot...

Buying the kit is not the hard bit, it is fitting it. I had ours fitted by a trimer, because of all the glued in bits.
