I've seen a similar setup for a late model Subaru. It was made locally. Anyone know what I mean? Hotrodmatt?

The final version of the VLB Engine was developed in 1992 and was set to enter pilot production when the US government outlawed all engines which use other than the "stoichiometric" (industry standard) fuel to air mixture.

Thats fucked.

Che Castro ·

Probably cos the car companies hold so much power in their congress??

SKEWtYpe3 ·

awesome design, getting developed now in aus, amazingly simple and efficient

Man I want one of those revetecs! they are awesome! How much are they?

Purple Martin ·

the revtec motor looks great!

HotRodMatt ·

The revetecs are on a POA basis at the moment I believe.

I'd love to know if they still have the 4 pot versions laying around?

pete wood ·

Just quietly, I reckon those Revetecs could be the big HP boxers of the future for watercooled into VW conversions.

Do you know what the power figures for them are?
And they are using subie heads on the 4 potters, right?
