I keep getting 'page connot be displayed' standard IE Cannot Find Server stuff - even when i try from links on other websites.

I tried it and it works. Hep, went to www.busselecta.com, mad bloody site. Just can't do offroad mods to the cars though, sigh.

do you keep all your programs/drivers/settings up to date? maybe its a good idea to download all the service packs and hotfixes.

Yep everything is all up to date - I'm running XP with an AMD chipset and over 500Gb of hard drive etc - all my drivers are up to date and I use both IE6 as well as Mozilla Firefox.
Both browsers keep telling me there's no page there - totally wierd!!! - I've tried the main page plus the /bus and /bug extensions. Still no go 🙁
All I wanted was a side view of a 68 Bay so I could put it in Photoshop and work out a paint scheme for the 'BBQ 2' bus 😉
Oh well.....thems the breaks!

Ok, if everything else is working, then its your internet connect thats obviously playing up. Hmm, if you have dial up, I know that I had to cop a lot of crap from it like that.
My suggestion, give your Internet Service Provider a call, and ask them how to solve the issue. They then give you step to step directions to try to solve it over the phone, well, for me they did for some issues.
But now since i got cable, YAY, it runs so smooth. (Like homer kissing the cable behind his television when he steals cable t.v.).
Delete your history, all cookies, internet files, including offline files, cause they may be screwing something.
If you have a network in your house, then that shouldn't be the reason for the problem I would think, cause obviously you are able to visit this web site.
Hmmm, I feel sorry for ya. Everytime something goes wrong with the computer, I really feel like smashing it. Unfortunately, seeing its not mine, but my parents, I can't. It makes me so mad sometimes. I rekon it does it deliberately to annoy me and then laughs when I walk away. LOL Stupid evil computers.:cry

Now I'm not too certain what it looks like exactly, but I went on google image seach and typed in "68 bay vw" and it popped up with something that looks alot like this.

i dunno whats wrong with this thing - there's is the ONLY website it happens to in 'both' IE and Firefox. I'm running adsl with no other problems. I even lowered the security in the browsers in case it was conflicting with popups or my anti-virus software.
Anyway, I just wanted to play around with some graphics for the bus which i can do now without going to their website - cheers mate, owe you a beer 🙂
