wtb.. pre \'67 12V headlights

any1 have a pair of 12V early beetle complete assembly headlights they wish to sell? only interested in excellent - new condition units. interested in rossi's also. i live in western sydney and may be contected on 0433248897 anytime

do you mean 6V lights converted to 12V...?

The early sloping headlamps were only made in 6 volts..
All You need is a change to 12 volt bulbs...
Which aren't too easy to find except at VW Shops...
Quartz Halogen 12v 60/55 watt bulbs would be best.....
nice brighjt white light.....
I wouldn't recommend the 100/90 watt bulbs as they get too hot.... can burn/melt wiring etc....

[12 volts - 60watts on High beam / 55 watts on low beam]
[ are standard Bulb wattages....]

yeah apologies, 6V headlights which i will convert. betterstill those clear..non-grooved lensed after-market ones... rossi's?? are they any good? where to buy and how much? any1?
