I think you can purchase tickets at the cinema.............this will be at the normal cinema price.

im going to the cinema with everyone but would still go to the drive in to see it again,,,,yatla ,drive in is only 10min from my place..

Yatala is the only Drive-In near Brissie since the Aspley one closed down a few years back.....

Went to the Herbie display held by VWDCQ at Chermside last night. Was told that there are no tickets available at the door............all tickets for the cinema with all the VWers have been pre-sold.

you are still welcome to come on the cruise, but the private cinema is full, you can still purchase tickets at the regular price for the normal showing.

Is there a drive-in night organised for watching the new Herbie movie or not? I have not seen any dates confirmed for a VW get together ,except for the cinema screening which seems pointless when I have a perfectly good VW to watch the movie in. Please confirm a date that people who want to see it at the drive-in (yatala)can make plans around. Thanxs

According to the post for the Drive In, that is in Club Chat, Anthony proposed Friday 24th June for the Drive In night.
A number of Klub VW Bayside members are going to that if anyone else wants to go.

Just to let anyone know about the Drive In on Friday Night....................it seems that Herbie will be starting at 5.30! It is an early showing and is $20 per car (4 people).....if you wish to stay for the usual movies it will cost you more.

$20 for up to 4 people and $9 per person after that. If anyone wants to meet beforehand, we will be at the BP Yatala, but am leaving at 4.45 to go and line up to get into the movies.
If you are just going to meet inside the movies, park in the rows next to the canteen, but on the side where you drive in.......not the other side as they tend to leave the projection room door open and the light is on all the time.
I am sure you won't miss the VW's!!
