Found this in the Advocate today under public notices:

So i was just wondering - does any Tassie folk on here have ties with this club?

I have no ties to the club. I thought about joining a while ago but never got around to doing it. Hopefully see a few crusing around.

I know as i was a member of the club about 1.5 years ago.
I enjoyed the club and i recommend anyone to join it.

Many baywindows + splitties in the club? Or is is mostly beetles and the like?

Hi I was the president for a couple of years and now the editor of the newsletter.We have a bit of every thing splits,bays and a lot of beetles and some buggies.We are having a run to Deloraine on the 26th of June if you are interested we are meeting at the park with the train in it round noon.We welcome anyone that wants to come along.We cover the whole north of the state from Smithton to Launceston and even a few Hobart people.There is about 20 members but we always need more.
