WTB - Adjustable Decklid Standoffs

hi there, i remember reading once before about decklid standoffs that were adjustable by some means? not sure if it with a pin/spring i cant remember but am chasing a pair...

also if with these you are able to completely remove the read decklid with ease/quickly have i ever need to..?

any help would be greatly appreciated, pictures would also be fantastic but not necessary.
