I am seeing warning maximum user, text at the top of my screen, Why?

its a) a config issue with the software - ie it's maxed out
b) the server has chucked a spaz and the database powering it is r/s - reboot
c) the server has run out of space
solutions
a) re-config increase space allocation and user count
b) reboot
c) get more space
or
z) Delete all the Queensland users and their posts, thus creating new space.
only the admin or isp can fix this, not the users, please hold....
