I'm off tomorrow to pick up the new bus!
Then it's off on the long drive home via Melbourne to the ferry and back down to hobart, gotta dodge the rain and the rocks.

And its now 8.00am and he arrives at 12.40pm and it is pissing down.
The van has never been in the rain before.
I wonder if he could drive with a big tarp covering the whole van.
My only worry is that the seals on the screen are repro ones and are never as good as the originals and have never been tested in the rain, they all leak?
It has never leaked when it has been washed though so it should be alright.
He will have to dodge the spray from trucks on the way to Melbourne, and swerve for every stone that is thrown up.

Well he picked it up and drove away.
I have just had a call from him, he is half way to Melbourne and no problems, He is catching the late ferry on Sunday night to go home to Tassie.

Yeah it's a totally different look with the sprints, I like the stockies too but in the flesh the sprints look better. Ideally I'd like to run polished raders but the budget is kinda stretched now.......
