Any Buggy stuff happening in Queensland?

Hi all,
A buggy fanatic friend of mine (He used to work for Bruce Meyers, Meyers manx) is spending a week in QLD next week (lucky boy) and wants to know if there is anything going on, meeting place, cruise etc. He is leaving SA on sunday and comes home the following sunday.
Please let me know so I can forward it on to him. He misses the sand cause here in SA there isn't much offroad buggy action!
Thanks
T54
