Advice on transporting a car from Bris to Melb

I called TNT and they quoted $550 including insurance which is not bad. Door to door. But is there anything I should be asking? Is it usually open transport of enclosed? What am I risking with an open one? Is there such a thing as enclosed? Any advice?

$550 is a very good price. cost me over $700 melb to bris. just make sure they stick to there pick-up & delv times.
