I'm told that car stereo places sell sheets of soundproofing stuff. Failing that, an auto trimmers?

Thanks
I have tryed a couple of car sound places but had no luck
an some auto trimmers with no luck either they suggested I glue old carpet in but I don`t think that would be a good idea as it would hold water create more rust
I will give insulation industrys ago :thumb

they hav a huge variety of stuff in there
if driving from wallsend turn right at freddys fish and tackle intersection and its just a few buildings up that street. take in some measurements as they hav to cut u the sizes.

Anyone is Western Sydney for same stuff - I need a shed (panel van) load of sound deadening.....St Mary's CAE did my micro bus (great job), but would prefer to go to the wholesaler for the industrial amounts I now need.
Anyone know a wholesaler not a trimmer....have to do it myself due to the bizarre plans I've got.

I just sprayed some of that expanding foam all through the gaps around my back window, (I have no hoodlining), took it for a test drive and the difference is amazing!

Yeah I did that too.... best to do it within some plastic bags that have been shoved in from the engine bay. That helps to prevent rust and makes it a bit easier IF it ever has to be removed...

Someone correct me if I'm wrong... but isn't the expanding foam REALLY bad for rust??

Mine will be ok, I've been spraying fish oil down there for years.
