Attn Volksworld readers - please explain!

Hi Volks,

I am in the process of cataloging all my VW mags which I have collected over the years (please don't ask why!), and I have a question regarding the Volksworld Mag:

I have noticed that they publish a 'summer' issue of the mag - is this a replacement for one month of the year? I have catalogued a couple of years worth now, and there always appears to be a month missing. plus a summer issue...or am I just missing an issue from each of the years I have checked so far?

Can anyone shed some light on this for me? I have checked the Volksworld website, but there is no mention of issues there....

Summer last year didnt make it to oz last year...at least my part of the world anyway

Just checked the collection, and some years I've got the Summer edition and some years I dont, so if they had them then the newsagent I was getting them from didnt get the Summer Edition some years......
But the ones I do have were between August & September, so they were an extra edition

they were always a bit screwey in places I thought. think they were just slack ;-) They have also just done an issue with two covers too recently

Hmmm, I subscribe, so therefore I should have 13 issues a year....

Most years I have a 'summer' issue, but I am also missing an issue from either July or August - but this is when my subscription runs out so perhaps I'm not quick enough to get my payment back to them....?

I will have to see if I can back order the ones I'm missing....
