Anyone got a late bay steering column I can have for not to many $$$$$
Got a really nice deluxe padded steering wheel to go on my latest early bay project..... need a late bay column to get it to fit!

if you want a bolt in solution you will also need the dash, indicators stalk, plugs, etc etc

Type2 = bought it off Stealth
Buggy brad - I am sure that is not the case. you can just swop the column.....

Dozza, all you need is the shaft, not the whole column.
A late shaft WILL fit into the early column.
I did the same in my '73 when I fitted mine.
That's right, it was kombikid that I sold my spare one to.

Just so there is no confussion .. if you only want the shaft you can swap it over but if you want the column you will need the entire lot.
I thought you maybe trying to get the later controls as well which is why you wanted the entire column.
If you want just the shaft I can probably help you out with one.
