too easy,t3s dont need cutting and adjusters welded in like you see us type1 people doing.basically, just disassembly, adjustment, and re assembly of both the front and rear.you will need some help though if your only a beginner.should have told us on the weekend,it would have been done, i spotted ya!

Yeah, lowere cars look cool but because I had/have lowered cars and they SUCK over speed humps, car parks, gravel roads, driveways, just about anywhere you want to drive... I got a better idea. Get the tyres white-walled

Karina - how's about finding a few bods on here who know how to lower it, but on some snags and some beer over lunchtime, and by the end of lunch, your car will be lowered. Save $$, make friends, and have lowered car (minus wheel alignment as Glenn said) all in one go.

Give it a few weeks Karina...find those in the know who can actually do it, not just know how it's done....give them some notice, and then BBQ time.

You might want to think about the type of look you are after. Do you want it slammed, raked, 2 inch drop....do you want to run narrow rubber up front (ie 135 or 145's)....will you need to buy that rubber beforehand and have it ready to go on a couple of spare rims etc etc etc. Find some pics of cars with the type of stance you like, post them up in your thread, and people can work out how far to twist to get you down.

would these rear torsion rubbers be what makes a bad noise when i sometimes go over speed bumps? the noise seems to be coming from the rear of the car...but my solution is just to make the music loud enough so you don't hear such noises anymore 馃槈
i can't afford all those other fancy additions!!!!!! being the poor uni student i am 馃檨
the lowering comes first, food second and third fancy additions...u gotta get your priorities right!!

Its been years since i bought torsion rubbers so i have no clue on $, they werent to exy from memory. Its a great opportunity to replace the torsion rubbers while the boys have it apart. Shockie rubbers are a no brainer!

Easier option is to select the print function; select PDF printer (if installed); save as what ever .pdf; and there it is!
