I have a 73 fast back, and am thinking of 'doing her up' as it would have been done had i lived in the 70's... does anyone have any ideas on what i could do to achieve this look... she is already a yellow/mustard color...

i was thinking of lining back deck in fur.. and making throwovers for front seats of same fur... and i went to clark rubber the other day, and saw this pastelly ladybird print vinyl. thought i might line the door trims in that.... already got loads of flowers in her.

fit those little fluffy ball things that hang from the edge of the hood lining - for the '70's taxi look! Would suit leopard skin seat covers and plush pink dash mat - shit what am i saying:duh

Se if you can hunt out a sun visor and a door shield too. You could do the Sprintstars, but if you're after a more Aussie 70's look, hunt out some Cheviot or some kidney style 14 inch rims. Fit as much rubber as you can under the guards.

Not this crazy with the colours (and obviously not a bug), but I think this would be the perfect throw-back to the 70s. Not the cliches that are supported afterwards by Austin Powers, the actual dubs that were around then. Behold... The Inch Pincher Too
