Can anyone recommend someone in Melbourne to modify my 6 volt coil to 12 volts..(resistor etc..).

just take it off, get a 12 volt one and put it on.

why would you want to convert it?? it would be easier to replace it as pete said.

It's an original Judson Supercharger ignition coil...

Al, come and see me at the Baccus Marsh swap next week. I have a 12 to 6 converter (old style & German) that might work for you
